Returns and Exchanges

If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 14 calendar days from the delivery date, without indicating the reasons (as required by the Consumer Code Legislative Decree 206/05). The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you acquire physical possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments you have made to us, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery by us. offered), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. These refunds will be made using the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not have to incur any costs as a consequence of this reimbursement. The refund may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the consumer has demonstrated that he has returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
Please return the goods to Bitefinger di Ivan Scamardì, via G. Verdi 50/A – 20085 Locate di Triulzi (MI) – Italy, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14 day period has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods will be at your expense. You are only responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

RTPMOTORCYCLE.COM undertakes to replace defective or damaged items during transport. For the latter case it will be necessary to sign the courier receipt with ‘verification reserve’.

RTPMOTORCYCLE.COM disclaims any liability for damage caused to third parties and / or complementary parts to the goods supplied, damage resulting from the assembly / disassembly of the same.
It is understood that there will be no reimbursement of any costs relating to labor for assembly, processing or other (technical stoppage, etc …).

Once the return request has been received, customer service will quickly contact the customer informing him of the methods for returning the goods.
The customer must promptly make the shipment, in any case no later than 14 days, taking care to carefully pack the goods, where possible by inserting them in an external box avoiding damaging the original packaging with adhesive tapes, labels etc. The product must be returned intact in the original packaging complete with all its parts and accessories, including any warranties, instructions, user licenses, cables etc.

The shipping costs and the responsibility of the goods during the return shipment are charged to the customer: it is therefore advisable to insure the products during shipment to the chosen courier. In the event of transport damage occurring during the return, the Supplier will notify the Customer within five working days of receipt of the goods, allowing him to file a complaint with the courier used for the transport. The damaged goods will be made available for return and the withdrawal request will be canceled at the same time.

Upon its arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport. If the package and / or the original packaging are damaged, the Supplier will deduct a percentage from the refund due, in any case not exceeding 25% of the same, as a contribution to the costs of restoration.

The right of withdrawal is totally lost in the event that the products are returned:

• Damaged (for reasons other than transport)
• Incomplete, or missing parts, accessories and components including instruction manuals, user licenses, warranties, etc.
