Useful information and advice

The goods always travel at the risk of the customer D.L. 22/5/1999 n. 195.

From the moment of shipment, the courier delivers in 24 hours in the main Italian cities and in 48 hours in Calabria, in the major islands (Sardinia and Sicily) and in the countries outside the province of Basilicata, Puglia and Campania.

The tracking number will be communicated to you when the courier is taken over so that you can monitor its status.

For international shipments, the cost will be calculated during the purchase procedure depending on the destination and dimensions.

Deliveries by courier take place during normal working hours (Monday – Friday from 08:30 to 18:00) without a telephone call.

If no one is present, the courier will leave a notice and come back the next day. In the event of a new non-delivery, a storage procedure will be opened which will be managed differently for each courier.

We also remind you that it is mandatory to indicate any particularities in the delivery addresses such as deliveries to companies or third parties (example: Mario Rossi c/o Business ABC) otherwise the courier will open storage for an incorrect address as the shipment is intended for a private individual but to delivery find a company or business.
